2. Service Usage
- You must have administrative rights on any Discord server where you deploy ShieldBot.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the bot.
- The bot may not be used in servers that violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
3. Subscription & Payments
Premium features require an active subscription. Payments are processed securely via our partners. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in immediate downgrade to the free tier.
4. Limitation of Liability
ShieldBot is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or server damage resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we aim for 99.99% uptime, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all novel attack vectors.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ShieldBot at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
