1. Overview

At ShieldBot, we stand behind the quality of our enterprise security engine. We offer a simple, transparent refund policy.

2. The 7-Day Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with ShieldBot Premium or Premium+, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

3. Eligibility Criteria

  • The refund request must be made within exactly 7 days (168 hours) from the time of the transaction.
  • Refunds only apply to the first-time purchase of a subscription. Renewals or upgrades are not eligible.
  • Crypto payments are final due to the nature of blockchain transactions and cannot be refunded. Only Fiat/Credit Card payments via Stripe are eligible.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please open a ticket in our Billing Dashboard or contact us at billing@shieldcore.io from your registered email address.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
